re-building milwaukee batteries

hello, i am not too pleased with my milwaukee v18 lithium batteries, spec, their run time after being fully charged. are there any other options to re-build them with better cells?

You can find out what kind of cells the battery pack you have is comprised of and find the same chemistry and size cells with greater capacity with which you can make your own pack. If it is a Li-Ion battery pack then chances are that the pack is comprised of 18650 cells.
