hello i just replace all five cells(18650) in my lithium 18 volt battery pack all went well but the pack wont charge i can put it on drill and works fine but when i place it on charger it says pack is broken? i measured all cells and they are 3.7 volts individually and total out put is 18.5 volts so cells are working the way they are suppose to but for some reason the charger thinks pack is broken any ideas what to do next? i know charger works fine because other pack i have charges fine. so i am thinking there's a problem with the pcb board in the pack and not sure how to test or fix this issue

i have the same prob. with tow batterys, all the cells are fine, charger charges other batterys but not these 2, makita have put a clock in these i reckon to just stop workin
